- The following terms and conditions of business apply between Red Bug Media Ltd and its customers. If the customer is an agency working or acting on behalf of a third party the same terms of this contract will apply to the third party through the agency.
- The price payable by the customer to Red Bug Media Ltd for the company's services will be in accordance with Red Bug Media Ltd rates. Customers paying by credit card will incur a credit card service fee. The credit card service fee levied by our credit card providers is an additional 2.8 %.
- A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of the booking date, with the balance to be paid 7 days prior to campaign start date unless otherwise agreed, in writing, by Red Bug Media Ltd.
- All agencies booking the services of Red Bug Media Ltd on behalf of their clients are advised that this contract is between Red Bug Media Ltd and the agency. We strongly advise that all cancellation terms of this contract are fully disclosed to your client and provisions are made with your client that in the event of a cancellation Red Bug Media Ltd will recover all outstanding monies from the agency.
- Signing this order form constitutes a legally binding contract between you, our customer, and Red Bug Media Ltd. You can cancel your order within 72hrs of making your booking to receive a full refund of monies paid during this time, minus any credit card service charge at 2.8%. Cancellations made after this, up to 90 days prior to the campaign start date, will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made between 89 days and 14 days prior to the campaign start date will incur a cancellation charge of 75% of your total order. Any cancellations made 13 days or less, prior to campaign start date, will result in a cancellation charge of 100% of your total order. All amendments or cancellations to campaign details must be first made by telephone and then confirmed in writing with Red Bug Media Ltd. All bookings made within the above mentioned date periods will incur the same cancellation penalties/fees.
- If the customer needs to make changes or amend an existing order, the customer needs to notify Red Bug Media Ltd immediately, first by telephone and then in writing. If the changes or amendments are date related, Red Bug Media Ltd will try to relocate the booked dates to desired new dates without charge. If the customer's desired new dates are not available Red Bug Media Ltd will advise the customer on the closest available dates to the customer's request. The customer will have the option to either accept the newly given dates, advise Red Bug Media Ltd of new dates of which we do have available or make a cancellation. In the event of the customer choosing to cancel, the terms & conditions in point 5 will apply. If the customer rebooks with new dates and then a cancellation is made at a later date, then Red Bug Media Ltd will invoice the customer for the full 100% value of the original booking.
- If the unlikely situation of accident/ breakdown/ extremely adverse weather conditions or an act of God, of which is not within our control, any lost time to your campaign due to these events will be added to the end of your campaign.
- Red Bug Media Ltd provides the customer with advertising/promotions for period(s) and location(s) as agreed in writing between Red Bug Media Ltd and the customer on the order form. We will also notify the customer of departure and destination arrivals times of vehicles and promotional staff requested on the order form. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances arising Red Bug Media Ltd may have to divert from the planned routes and locations originally requested on the order form whilst displaying the customers advertising material. Red Bug Media Ltd will take all steps possible to prevent such situations arising. In the event such situations arise then the customer will be advised of any amendments made.
- All advertising material must be delivered to Red Bug Media Ltd no less than 7 days prior to agreed campaign start date. The size and specification of the advertising material should be in accordance with Red Bug Media Ltd Artwork Specifications requirements. Failure to conform to these terms & conditions could result in a delayed campaign start date, and any additional costs incurred will then be passed on to the customer. If the customer has commissioned Red Bug Media Ltd to design and print advertising materials then none of the above terms & conditions will apply.
- Red Bug Media Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to any advertising/promotional/ or merchandising material in the absence of negligence on the part of Red Bug Media Ltd. Red Bug Media Ltd will have no liability in retrospect of any terms or conditions implied by statute.
- Red Bug Media Ltd reserves the right to refuse to display any advertising material without giving any reason or explanation. If Red Bug Media Ltd feels that the advertising material fails to conform to the British Code of Advertising Practice, then the advertising material will not be accepted. The same applies for advertising materials that Red Bug Media Ltd feels is likely to offend or insult any particular member of the public.
- The customer will recompense Red Bug Media Ltd against any loss or liability which Red Bug Media Ltd might acquire as a result of any costs, expenses, claims, proceedings, including parking tickets in connection to any advertising material for which Red Bug Media Ltd services have been contracted.
- In the unlikely event of accident or breakdown to plants, machinery or vehicles, or the breakout of war, trade disputes, strikes, sit-ins, lockouts, natural catastrophe including adverse weather conditions, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the company's control Red Bug Media Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result of any failure to provide any services already agreed with its customer.
- Red Bug Media Ltd will store customer's posters for up to 60 days from campaign completion date without charge. All materials which are date sensitive will be disposed of after 7 days unless instructed otherwise. Red Bug Media Ltd customers who wish for their materials/products to be stored for longer periods or until their next (already booked) campaign must instruct first by telephone and then in writing prior to campaign finish date. Failure to comply with these terms might result in material being disposed of without Red Bug Media Ltd being held liable for any loss or costs incurred. Any customers wishing for their posters to be returned using a courier service will be subject to a £100.00 postage & packaging fee which can be delivered to anywhere within mainland Britain. Customers running larger campaigns using several vehicles and promotional staff requiring advertising, promotional, or merchandising material returned then please contact Red Bug Media Ltd as different charges will apply.
- All the terms & conditions of this contract are subject to change. All changes will be updated on our website immediately and any companies with existing bookings will be emailed the new terms & conditions including respective changes made. This email will automatically supersede all other terms and conditions. Any additional agreements made with Red Bug Media Ltd in writing outside the standard terms and conditions will be excluded from any changes.
